Job summary
We are looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex, high-risk digital products and services to support preventative, community, and mental health digital services. You will be at the forefront of Agile and Lean practices, ensuring high standards of delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring expertise in coaching teams, optimising workflows, and tackling organisational challenges. As the main point of escalation, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for Agile delivery, digital transformation, and leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.
