As a Digital Inclusion Manager, within the Engagement & Strategic Partnerships Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our approach to digital inclusion. Your efforts will ensure the successful co-production and adoption of national digital systems and solutions for health and care across Wales. You will champion digital inclusion, providing expertise on digital innovation and advances in technology to support digital capability.

Essential
- Educated to Masters Degree level or equivalent level of knowledge or experience
- Highly developed in-depth specialist knowledge and experience of engagement techniques, approaches, and procedures, and managing partnerships and operating in complex ecosystems
- Understanding of health and care issues and current policy agenda for NHS Wales
- Knowledge and expertise on the various tools and techniques of engagement including traditional, innovative, and online engagement methods, tools and techniques
- Detailed knowledge of the legislation governing formal engagement and consultation
- Demonstrated experience of co- ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments
- Experience of drafting briefing papers and correspondence for a senior audience, including Senior Leaders and Executive Directors
- Knowledge of recent Welsh Government initiatives and those of other public bodies relating to digital technology, digital inclusion, digital capability and financial hardship
- Understanding of equalities, diversity and inclusion trends, barriers and strategic responses
- Understanding of the barriers to digital inclusion and how they can be effectively addressed

- Experience of developing and delivering digital inclusion and engagement activities across a range of stakeholder groups including service users, national bodies and organisations, patients and public, policy leads, commercial partners and others, to inform and shape organisational working.
- Confident and experienced in developing and managing stakeholder relationships, dealing with competing priorities and negotiating and influencing to drive successful outcomes.
- Sound judgement and decision making involving highly complex facts or situations
- Excellent organisational skills. Able to manage workload and multitask
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Proven experience of working with and leading teams across departments and organisational boundaries to drive and deliver outcomes
- Proven experience in developing new processes and procedures and evaluating and improving to deliver greater levels of success
