An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Information Services in the role of Planning and Coordination Support Manager within our Information Programmes Management team.
This is a great development opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who already has some project support and operational administration experience, who wants to take their career to the next level. Formal and informal training can be made available during the term of the post to supplement current levels of knowledge and experience where required.
Main duties of the job
The post involves the management and support of business projects as directed by the senior members of the Information Programmes Management team. This includes the management, maintenance and development of processes to support the efficient delivery of the planned milestones and objectives within both the IMTP and within individual teams.
What you will be doing:
- Develop, maintain, manage and support elements of the delivery of the Information Services work programme for specific projects across workstreams
- Project planning, co-ordination and reporting
- Service Portfolio (service management)
- Information Sharing Agreements
- Risk management
- Change management
- Organisation/facilitation of key meetings, conferences and workshops
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
