Our Counselling Team Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring that all treatments adhere to NICE guidelines and align with the latest best practices and evidence-based approaches. The collaborative effort with the Supervision Team Leader is key to establishing and maintaining effective supervision arrangements that prioritise clinical quality, team development, and business objectives..

Our mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.
Main duties of the job
- Empower, engage and unify a team of ambitious, highly-skilled counselling supervisors and counsellors staff to achieve objectives whilst providingleadership/supervision as required
- Provide regular recovery supervision and consultancy to the permanent counselling team, supervisors and Clinical Network as required.
- Act as a key contact for the escalation of risk and safeguarding issues, providing management, support and communicating excellently with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Work with the Operations Director and senior management to evaluate strategic growth opportunities for Xyla and take an instrumental role in their delivery
- Analyse comprehensive recovery data for the counselling team looking for trends and creating action plans accordingly
