Job summary
iGPc Primary Care Network is looking for a part time (30 hours a week) Digital Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering it's digital future. This strategic leadership position is responsible for driving digital innovation and transformation across the network, supporting its member practices with both network and practice level strategies. The post holder will lead the development and implementation of a cohesive digital strategy that enhances patient care, improves operational efficiency, and supports workforce development. Working collaboratively with clinical, operational, and administrative teams, the Digital Transformation Lead will identify opportunities for improvement, manage complex change programmes, and ensure alignment with local and national digital health priorities. The role demands a proactive, visionary leader who can translate strategy into action, inspire teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Main duties of the job
This role is central to the PCNs ambition to become a digitally mature, patient-centred network. The Digital Transformation Lead will:
- Drive innovation that improves patient access and experience.
- Enhance operational efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
- Empower staff through training and support.
- Ensure the PCN remains agile and responsive to future digital developments.

About us
iGPc is a Primary Care Network of 8 GP practices within Liverpool, with a patient population of approximately 62,000.
The collaboration of our constituent GP Practices is designed to address the healthcare needs of the local community by making full use of the resources and hands-on experience of our Practices, as well as other healthcare providers and partners.
