Job summary

The South Liverpool General Practice Collaborative (SLGPC) is looking for a looking for an enthusiastic, patient focused and highly motivated Nurse Associate, with a passion for Womens Health to provide maternity cover for an existing role. We are particularly looking for a candidate with good administrative skills who can build excellent connections with patients and co-workers.

Assisting in HRT requests and menopause care

The South Liverpool General Practice Collaborative (SLGPC) is a dynamic partnership bringing together four Primary Care Networks (PCNs) across South Liverpool: SWAGGA PCN, Picton Primary Care Network, Childwall and Wavertree PCN, and iGPc PCN. By working collaboratively, SLGPC aims to deliver comprehensive healthcare services at scale, ensuring more efficient and accessible care for the diverse patient populations in the area. One of the key focus areas for the collaborative is Womens Health, where we strive to offer targeted, high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of women across our communities. Through collaboration, we work to enhance patient care, improve health outcomes, and promote wellbeing across South Liverpool.

As a Women's Health Nurse Associate, you will work alongside the GP leads for Womens Health to support our LARC clinics across the 4 PCNs. This will require working in multiple locations across south Liverpool.
