Main duties of the job

With us, every call makes the difference. Our NHS 111 teams are there when people need urgent help, offering safe, compassionate advice day and night.
As an NHS 111 Clinical Practitioner youll Bring:
- Autonomous clinical assessment skills and experience managing complex, common urgent care presentations.
- Registered Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist (NMC, HCPC, GPhC) with prescribing rights
- Evidence of robust clinical decision-making and risk management
- Excellent communication skills, able to negotiate, explain and support patients and carers
- Confidence using telephony-based clinical triage and digital systems
- Compassion, professionalism and a commitment to lifelong learning
