NHS 111 Health Advisor -Join our team of NHS 111 Health Advisors at the forefront of providing essential support to those in need.

Contract Type:Part Time with a range of hours available 30 hours, 24 hours or 20 hours per week from 16:00pm - 12:00am

Salary

Training and daytime shifts - £12.31 per hour

Evenings and night shifts - £16 per hour

Weekend shifts - £17.84 per hour

Location: Pride Park, Derby

Your new colleagues comprise a compassionate community of call handlers dedicated to supporting the NHS frontline by expertly navigating a tool called NHS Pathways to assess patients over the phone and direct them to the most appropriate care.

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, supported by IT and keyboard skills.
  • A desire to engage with the public at their time of need coupled with a strong telephone manner.
  • The capability to perform efficiently and accurately under pressure, whilst maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor.
  • Please note - you need to be over 18 years of age to be suitable for this role.
