In this role:You will work with a high level of autonomy to identify and lead on ODD requirements across multiple programmes of change, optimising organisational effectiveness and supporting NHSBTs strategic delivery.

  • You will analyse the organisations strategy, ODD priorities, and wider NHS context to identify high-impact interventions offering the greatest value.
  • You will engage with stakeholders at all levels to develop high-trust, high-challenge relationships that enable a high-performing and inclusive culture.
  • You will design and deliver complex ODD interventions using both qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and evidence impact.
  • Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, youll lead organisational analysis and implement interventions that deliver lasting change and service improvement.
