We are looking for a Programme Support Officer to join the Donor and Session Programme (DASP), a critical digitally-led transformation programme to truly transform how donors engage with NHSBT to ensure equitable access, enhanced safety, and resilient supply chains for lifesaving blood and plasma products. This is a key role for the programme, and you will be joining us at inception stage, enabling you to have full impact on delivery.
You will be part of an organisational wide, central team and will be assigned to different programmes and portfolios in line with demand. This could be anything from working on a Donor Centre Programme for a new Donor Centre or a programme with a digital focus such as advancing our Donor and Session platform.
You can be based anywhere in England, this role will have a national remit, so hybrid working is how we facilitate this. Only some of your work will be face-to-face due to the national spread of our organisation, so you need to be comfortable with remote working.
Main duties of the job
In this role you will be a key member of the team, you will need to support effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
You will contribute to the delivery of the programme to which you are assigned by providing coordination and change control support services. Additionally, you will support programme reporting, programme document management and maintenance and plan key meetings for the programme, whilst providing administrative support.
