Please note that this is a regional position covering the London, Midlands and South regions.

Main duties of the job

CHP is the Head Tenant of 308 properties across England, including primary care centres and community hospitals. As the Commercial Energy Assessor, you will support compliance with the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards by producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Display Energy Certificates (DECs).

The role involves close collaboration with LIFT companies and CHP teams to verify building details, assess energy systems, and compile and utilise accurate data to produce compliant EPCs, DECs, and associated recommendation reports.
