Main duties of the job
As Energy Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for energy management across CHPs estate. You will serve as a technical expert within the Technical Services Department, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, delivering cost efficiencies and driving progress towards Net Zero Carbon targets. You will also advise on best practice in energy management and implement energy management processes and systems.
This is a regional role encompassing the North-East and North-West regions.

- Knowledge of lifecycle planning and delivery of energy improvements
- Experience of working in a cross multifunctional team
- Knowledge of different engineering disciplines and how they relate to one another.
- Experience of chairing meetings effectively
- Experience of working with external 3rd parties to ensure delivery of remedial actions.

- Experience of energy reporting software platforms
- Delivery and management of asset condition surveys and appraisal guidance
