Job summary
The purpose of the Regional Director role is to strategically position Community Health Partnerships (CHP) and its joint venture partners as the infrastructure partner of choice across regional and local health economies, securing the long term strategic relevance of CHP, the portfolio it manages (LIFT initiative), and opportunities and income generation that deliver on CHP's objectives in response to the NHS Long Term Plan.
Main duties of the job
Provide senior leadership and own the strategic client relationship at a regional level. This role is the senior relationship holder. Work with the SBD Director, regional and local management teams in delivering the objectives and outputs identified in CHP's Strategic and Integrated Business Plans Represent CHP at NHS regional and ICS strategic infrastructure forums, leading its response to strategic infrastructure plans and securing the future long-term relevance of the CHP portfolio Inform regional delivery response to end of term planning and lead the CHP Regional delivery plan

Set up in 2001, we work to improve community-based health and wellbeing services by providing and managing high quality NHS estate. Through our LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) programme, 350 local health care buildings were designed, built and funded and are currently operated, with CHP acting as Head Tenant in most.
