Job summary
As an Assistant Technical Manager you will form part of the Technical Services Department, providing a Centre of Excellence covering technical and water safety expertise, ensuring guidance and support is given across Community Health partnerships by. You will be providing specialist technical guidance - acting where necessary as the subject matter expert (SME) for the company.
Main duties of the job
Providing the assurance to the organisation that LIFTCo's/FMCo's deliver compliance with all statutory regulations, Health Technical Memoranda, professional guidance, and industry best practice with respect to all building systems. Being the intelligent client with a focus on the technical elements of the estate, variations, projects, future methods of construction and lifecycle. Providing expertise to draft remit and procure specialist advice from supply chain specialists
