Job summary

As a Portfolio Manager you will be reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, with responsibility and accountability for the performance of a property portfolio within a region, to lead, empower and manage any direct reports in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Head Tenant role, building management requirements and the customer experience of the building's tenants.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be the formal Tenant Representative for the buildings in their portfolio -a portfolio reasonably allocated by their line manager from time to time. The Portfolio Manager will be the budget holder and accountable for the financial performance of their property portfolio Responsible for ensuring the portfolio is managed in accordance with the various contracts such as LPA's and ULPA's, demonstrating performance and delivering service improvements and the property management requirements of uLPAs. Lead and manage the local building management function of SORMs/ORMs to deliver operations and relationship services in accordance with best practice and their Job descriptions

They will be the formal tenant representative for their portfolio's LPA/LRA contracts and perform duties commensurate with that responsibility. They will identify and deliver service improvements and ensure the required operational compliance, standards and services are delivered across their Region and supported by national resources to maintain best practice. The post holder will be responsible for the accuracy of data, billing and the financial performance of their property portfolio held across a range of systems - principally Horizon, Assure and other legacy systems. The post holder will be responsible for any budget setting across their portfolio and ensure their team links with the FM Contracts team to ensure the correct service and costs are being delivered. The post holder will coordinate with their team any supplemental activity such as audits, compliance and contractor activity to ensure timeliness and good service.
