We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced GP to join our thriving, forward-thinking training practice as a Salaried GP (6 sessions).
Following our recent move to newly renovated premises, this is an exciting time to become part of a dynamic and supportive team committed to delivering high-quality patient care while embracing innovation and continuous improvement.
This position is ideally suited to someone who is looking to play a key part in shaping services, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the ongoing development of the practice.
Previous experience as a Salaried GP or Partner would be desirable. For the right candidate, there would also be a potential pathway to Partnership, offering a genuine opportunity to influence the future direction of a highly regarded and progressive practice.
Main duties of the job
Use of EMIS Web clinical system
15 patient contacts in the morning, 13 patient contacts in the afternoon with minimal house calls
On call commitments (once weekly)
Opportunities to support and mentor junior colleagues, registrars and medical students
Develop leadership and specialist interests
Engage in service development and quality improvement initiatives
