Job summary

This position is for a scanner/administrator - the role involves scanning all patient documentation to patients medical records which is sent electronically to the GPs who then highlight any actions to be carried out by the admin team, this is then coded into the patient record. Also photocopying of patients medical records for subject access requests and posting/emailing notes to insurance companies/ solicitors.

Answering calls from patients and outside agencies.

The position will be working two and a half days per week equalling 20 hours per week - comprising of all day Monday & Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon.
