Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and committed Practice Nurse to join our practice team.
We are happy to accept applications from experienced nurses to newly qualified nurses. Staff progression is actively supported and encouraged.
As a member of our team you will be fully supported by the GPs, Practice Nurses and Practice Management
The 33 hours of work will be over 4 days - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and we can be flexible with a start time of 8am , 8.30am or 9am
Annual leave will be 6.6 weeks pro rata

Our clinical system is EMIS and if you have not used this system before inhouse training will be provided

About us
Hourly rate will be between £21 - £24 (Band 5- Band 6)
We are a team of 6 GP Partners, 1 ANP, 1 Practice Pharmacist, 3 Practice Nurses, 3 Phlebotomists and 1 HCA working together and operating over two sites Pontyclun (main site) Llanharry (branch).
We also have other healthcare professionals delivering services such as mental health support and physiotherapy.
We have a practice population of approx 12,200 patients.
We are a training practice for GP Registrars, Medical Students and Practice Nurse students.
Every member of the team is supported by the GP Partners and Practice Management and as a patient-focused practice you will be helping to support us provide a high quality service to our practice population
