We have two GP trainees within the Practice and support GP Registrars. Argyle has a higher than average disease prevalence for chronic disease with social deprivation, with mental health and drug dependence all being definite factors our specially run Chronic Disease clinics are highly effective in the treatment of these patients. As a member of the South Pembrokeshire Cluster we continue to use the skills of our physiotherapist. We also use the facility of our youth Worker and ICT team referring vulnerable/housebound patients through the MDT. We aim to work closely with our local community and are a Practice holding a Silver award for our Carers we have also liaised closely with our local schools delivering educational sessions to the children. Whilst we are undoubtedly a very busy Practice because of our patient list size we have a very supportive team and a great social committee.
