Job summary
You will be answering telephone calls and booking a variety of appointments and also signposting patients to other organisations. You will also be dealing with patient queries face to face.
Days of work will be
Monday 8am - 6.30pm (1hr for lunch)
Wednesday 12.45 - 6.15pm
Thursday 8am - 2.15pm
Friday 8am - 6.30pm (1hr for lunch)
