We are looking to recruit a motivated and compassionate GP to join our friendly team for 4 to 8 sessions per week, either as a salaried GP or salaried with a view to partnership.
Main duties of the job
Main Duties
Manage a defined caseload and provide high-quality, patient-centred care
Deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting
Deliver care to registered and temporary patients, maintaining the highest clinical standards
We offer
6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave pro rata
Weekly protected teaching sessions
Mentorship for newly qualified GPs

About Us
St Thomas Surgery has 13,400 patients and is a well-established, forward-thinking training practice with a young, dynamic, and supportive partnership. We operate from one main surgery and two branch surgeries, serving a diverse and engaged patient population. There are currently 5 partners and 4 salaried GPs. We have a supportive team of practice nurses, HCAs and pharmacy team. There is dispensing at one branch surgery.
We are proud to be a training practice for Cardiff and Swansea medical students, F2 doctors, and GP Registrars and provide a broad range of enhanced services.
