37 hours a week

This post is to cover maternity leave, with an expected return to work date of January 2026, however we would like a pre and post overlap, but with a view to this hopefully becoming a more permanent position.

The successful candidate should have a background in general administration. They will interact with patients and other Healthcare Professionals both face to face and over the telephone.

Accuracy and attention to detail are critically important. They should also have the ability to multitask and understand process and procedure.

Main duties of the job

An ideal Administrator will:

1. Have strong communication skills both spoken and written

2. Always be motivated and enthusiastic

3. Be able to work effectively within a team

4. Display high standards of service and presentation

5. Have a pro-active and can-do approach

6. Stay calm and positive under pressure
