Job summary

16-24 hours per week - days are flexible

Fairfield Surgery is looking for a motivated individual to join our Team. The role will include medicine reconciliations from hospital discharges, undertaking medication reviews and providing a key role in DOAC clinics. Assisting with relevant QI projects and providing advice to the Clinical Team.

Main duties of the job

Medicines reconciliation, repeat reauthorisations, clinical medication reviews, patient queries, DOAC clinics (if appropriate).

About us

Fairfield Surgery is a successful urban Practice in Llanelli Town Centre, serving a population of almost 8,000 patients. The Practice is located in beautiful Carmarthenshire with outstanding coastal and country scenery very close. We are also very near the M4 corridor.

We currently have a happy Team consisting of 3 GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, 3 nurses a Healthcare Practitioner and an excellent team of receptionists. We aim to provide high quality primary care services to our patients.
