We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly organised receptionist to join our team across two busy GP practices Cwm Calon and Aberbeeg.
As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth running of both surgeries.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and visitors in person and over the phone
- Booking, amending, and cancelling appointments
- Managing patient records and handling confidential information
- Liaising with clinical staff and supporting administrative tasks
- Processing prescriptions and handling general enquiries
- Flexible working across both practice locations
