Main duties of the job

Key duties include supervising staff, managing finances and budgets, overseeing appointment systems and patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and liaising with external health organizations to improve services and patient care. They are also responsible for maintaining the practice's infrastructure and ensuring the practice meets its operational and financial goals.

An overview of your duties includes - Manage the day-to-day operation and organisation of the Practice in conjunction with the Partner and all members of the team. - Manage all staff rotas, holiday times, submit pensions, tax and NI etc. - Responsible for staff management, contracts, training, appraisals and implementation of employment legislation etc. -Work in conjunction with the Partners to ensure income streams are monitored and managed (LES, DES, QOF etc) - Work closely with the collaborate, attending meetings and ensuring that targets are correctly managed for maximum achievement etc.
