We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Nurse with General Practice Experience to join our team.
You will have a Registered General Nurse Qualification. Be currently NMC registered, and work within the NMC code of conduct at all times.
Main duties of the job
The role will encompass all aspects of Practice Nursing including:
Immunisation, cytology, contraception, wound care, injections, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and epilepsy annual reviews.
The successful candidate will work to enhance the provision of long-term conditions management within the practice, with the focus on delivering excellent care to our patients.
Promote the continuing professional development of yourself and other nurses in the team. Developing the nursing team and future services.
