Job summary
Were looking for a Governance and Quality Manager to lead on clinical governance, risk management, policy development, and quality assurance. This is a vital role that ensures the safe, effective, and compliant operation of the practice.
Main duties of the job
You will be central to
Ensuring we meet the unified contract standards and other regulatory requirements
Coordinating incident reporting, complaints, and significant event audits
Developing and reviewing clinical and non clinical policies
Leading quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Supporting the preparation and delivery of inspections and external reviews

Hello! We are one of the largest GP practices in Wales serving over 25,000 patients across three sites. We have a great team of 7 partners, 8 salaried GPs, 5 nurses, 4 HCAs and a clinical pharmacist. We have first contact physio every day and GP Support officers who deal with housing, benefits, social services queries, social prescribing etc.
