We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Health Care Support Worker to join our friendly and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care in our busy practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform venepuncture (blood tests)
Administer certain immunisations in line with training
Record blood pressures and perform ECGs
Carry out dressings, wound swabs, and basic wound care
Review and record findings on diabetic foot checks
Conduct new patient health checks
Support with stock control and ensure clinical rooms are fully stocked and ready for use
About You:
Previous experience in a healthcare support role is essential
Trained in phlebotomy, BP monitoring, ECGs, and basic wound care
Competent in stock management and maintaining clinical supplies
Caring, compassionate, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexible and committed to delivering high standards of care
