We are looking to appoint a Caring, Professional and Enthusiastic person to join our friendly team.
The successful applicant will ideally need to have experience of engaging with the general public, both face to face and over the telephone.
Key responsibilities: To ensure all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally, to ensure all calls are managed appropriately, to manage the flow of patients arriving at the reception desk, for appointments, prescriptions or queries.
This role as a care navigator will require you to signpost patients to the appropriate services. Full training will be provided.

We are a very friendly team. The practice looks after just over 11000 patients and is a very busy practice.
Our team comprise of 8 doctors, 3 nurses and 1 HCA.
We have a modern building with onsite parking.
