4 sessions a week

About us

Richmond Clinic is a traditional GP led practice with just over 6k patients. We are situated close to the M4 junction J25 making easy access from Cardiff, Bristol and Monmouth. The team consists of 3 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 nurses, reception and admin staff. The Practice has a great work life balance with professional but relaxed atmosphere, daily coffee catch ups

Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Provide routine and same-day consultations for acute and chronic health issues

  • conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations

  • perform home visits where appropriate - very rare at the practice

  • maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS

  • participate in clinical audit, QOF and practice-led quality improvement initiatives

  • work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team

  • Support the management of long-term conditions, medication review and preventative care

  • manage patient correspondence, pathology results and referrals

  • Contribute to duty doctor and on call rota
