Job summary
We are excited offer the opportunity for a practice nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at Sunnybank Health Centre.
You will deliver treatment room clinics and provide health screening, assessments, health education and advice to patients of the practice as well as wound management, cytology examinations, contraception clinics, baby immunisation clinics, travel vaccinations and adult immunisation clinics.
Ideally you will have experience of general practice nursing however we are open to providing training to the right candidate.
There will be opportunities for development within the role at the practice should this be of interest to the successful applicant.
You will be working with a supportive, flexible and forward-thinking practice team who are passionate in providing a proactive approach to patient care within the general practice environment.

Sunnybank Health Center is a GP practice covering the Cefn Fforest/Blackwood area. We have a list size of around 6000 patients. The practice delivers a high standard of patient care. We are always look towards development of the practice, services and ways of working in line with the changing face of the NHS. The practice offers a supportive and flexible working environment. Our team consists of GPs, Independent Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist, Minor Illness Practice Nurses, HCAs, well organised administration team along with a varied team of allied healthcare professionals.
