Pay Rates: £30.94 per hour

Shift Patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:15

Main duties of the job

Provide advanced clinical pharmacy input through ward rounds, clinics and multidisciplinary meetings.

Act as a source of specialist advice on medicines use to medical, nursing and other healthcare professionals.

Participate in consultant ward rounds, clinics and MDT meetings as appropriate.

Support dispensary services through clinical screening, checking and problem solving as required.

Undertake detailed prescription review, optimise therapy, and ensure safe, effective and economical medicines use.
