You will have responsibility for the delivery of care within an Early Intervention in Psychosis model of service delivery.
- You will lead a team of professional and support staff in the delivery of high-quality evidence-based practice, ensuring that regular supervision and appraisal take place.
- You will carry out clinical and managerial procedures to a standard that ensures safe and effective care.
- You will manage administrative and operational resources in a cost-effective manner, evaluating the standard of service delivered.
What youll need and be able to provide evidence for:
- You will possess an active registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- You will have a recognised professional qualification in Social Work.
- Demonstrable management skills.
- You will be able to demonstrate the ability to chair meetings, complete rotas, and be supervision for junior staff.
- You will have knowledge of Coast (Early intervention service).
