Main duties of the job
Manage a varied caseload of musculoskeletal patients with clinical autonomy.
Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans.
Provide patient education and promote self-management strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective, holistic care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with professional and Trust standards.
