Occupational Therapists to join their OT Assessment Team.

Conducting assessments for complex equipment and
home adaptations to support client independence.
Collaborating with the council's adaptations
team for major adaptations referrals, including joint home visits.
Providing specialist care and interventions for
patients with neurological conditions.
Developing tailored care plans in partnership
with clients, their families, and carers.
Ensuring smooth communication between
multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Essential
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and current HCPC registration.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential, as this role involves borough-wide travel).

- Significant experience working with clients with neurological diagnoses.
- Proven expertise in assessing and recommending complex equipment and adaptations.
- Ability to work effectively within the clients home environment and engage with families and carers.
