Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust are currently seeking experienced Radiographer to producing high-quality diagnostic imaging across various specialties, including MSK, Gastro-intestinal, Neurology, Gynaecology, Angiography, Thoracic, Head and Neck, Paediatrics, and Urology.

Main duties of the job

Produce high-quality diagnostic imaging for multiple specialties, following protocol-driven guidelines.

Operate Siemens Aera and GE Signa 1.5T MR scanners.

Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.

Maintain accurate records using the HIVE system.

Observe MR safety guidelines and local rules.

Perform moving and handling tasks associated with the role.

Administer medicines under PGDs and perform intravenous cannulation.

Coordinate in-patient scans and manage waiting lists, including urgent slots for Cauda equina and MSCC patients.
