Job responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs
- Provide occupational therapy leadership for students, designated junior staff and volunteers, through supervision and appraisal
- Work with the OT leadership team and wider team to contribute to and lead on defined projects aimed at improving the experience of inpatient service users and carers that we serve
