Job summary
West Herts NHS Trust are seeking a passionate Band 6 Physiotherapist
to bring their expertise to its well established and supportive

Main duties of the job
- Manage a complex caseload of children aged 0-19 requiring Physiotherapy input, providing specialist assessments, therapeutic interventions, equipment provision and discharge planning for CYP.
- Lead alongside your band 7 peers in the delivery and development of the Physiotherapy services in line with evidence-based practice, standards and guidelines. Lead on the implementation of occupational therapy services in line with national best practice standards and guidelines.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and training to more junior staff therapy assistants/support workers, students, health and educational professionals.
- Work closely with parents/carers and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver personalised therapy programs, centred around the child and familys personalised goals.

Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential
- Youll hold a Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent and ideally have experience of working in an Occupational Therapist team
- Be HCPC registered
- Previous NHS experience is preferred but not essential
- Full, UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
Desirable
- Youll hold a Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent and ideally have experience of working in an Occupational Therapist team
