About the Trust

Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) provides high quality, safe and innovative care to our patients in the community, in their homes or in hospital.

We provide services for adults of working age, adults with learning difficulties, and older people in the London area. We currently deliver most of our care to residents in the London Boroughs of Camden and Islington.However, we also providesubstance misuse services in Westminster,and a substance misuse and psychological therapies service to people living in Kingston.

Main duties of the job

Managing two band 5 staff team members and one band 4 team member to deliver a first-class customer focused service.

Responsible for managing and overseeing all operational procedures for medical staffing, including recruitment, medical rotas, application of doctors contracts, pay terms and conditions, the sourcing of temporary medical staffing etc.

Provide clear, consistent, specialist and expert advice to managers and medical staff on all aspects of the medical and dental Terms and Conditions of Service and complex medical workforce issues.

Establish and maintain excellent communication and effective working relations with the whole Trust medical workforce.
