Pay: £15.67 per hour

Location: Kent & Canterbury Hospital with some occasional travel to Margate and Ashford (3 days on site and 2 days working from home)

Main duties of the job

Summary:

This is more of a support type role. Basically, looking for someone who can pick things up quickly, go out and demo the Patient Portal, engage with teams and departments across the Trust to support our appointments cancellation/rebook roll out.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing Demo of the Patient Portal including distribution of posters, engaging with teams and departments across the Trust.

Support the appointments Cancellation/rebook roll out.

Supporting Teams members when help is required.
