Job Title: HR Employee Relations Advisor
Location: This role is hybrid working- Barnsley Hospital, S75 2EP
Hours: 30 hours a week, 1-2 days in the office (flexible)
Pay: £19.10 per hour

Main duties of the job
Ensure effective management of all HR casework, including disciplinaries, grievances and long-term sickness, utilising ESR and case trackers.
Provide advice to managers in discipline and grievance cases, analysing situations and assisting managers in reaching judgments.
Undertake investigations in line with HR policies and procedures and producing reports.
Undertake projects, complete reports and present HR related information as required, utilising ESR and Microsoft Office applications.
Attend meetings, hearings and write associated reports, minutes, correspondence and action plans within broad guidelines as required. Follow up actions as appropriate.
Facilitate the implementation of organisational change and redeployment and redundancy situations.
Develop and review modern, informed and effective Human Resources policies, procedures and practices to meet the strategic aims of the Trust. Implement policies in consultation with the Policy Review Group (including staff side).
