Job Title: RingCentral UC Principle Engineer

Location: Wayside House, CV6 6NY

Trust: Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust

Hours: 37.5 hours per week,

Shift Pattern:1-2 Days/week on site at Wayside House, 3-4 Days/week working from home.

Pay Rate: £19.10/Hr.

Main duties of the job

Position Summary:

Unified Comms Engineer will be able to specify and configure the cloud-enabled telephony based on RingCentral; past experience can be helpful from any UCaaS solution as the principles of design and configuration is more important than any specific system.

  • Expert knowledge of RingCentral Unified Communications (UC) and VoIP technology.
  • Can understand user requirements and translate them to RingCentral UC solutions.
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of RingCentral technical issues through to resolution.
  • Escalation points for operational issues with Ring Central UC.

  • 3+ years experience of working with RingCentral/VoIP Technology.
  • Proven technical troubleshooting skills on VoIP technology, including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs, etc.
  • Experience in supporting contact centre technologies.
  • Ability to understand user requirements at all levels and translate them to VoIP solutions.
