Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Band 6 - £19.10 per hour Monday to Friday 08.00-4.30 - 37.5 hours per week

This role is a great opportunity for a Drawing Manager from construction background to make a real difference in the services offered to the services and functions of their local NHS service, as well as directly impacting the longevity of the buildings that our NHS teams will use for years to come.
You will need to be able to drive and have your own transport as this role involves travelling to various sites within the Trust territory as per project demands.
The Drawing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the department is provided with high quality data drawing and operational maintenance information, developing risk assessed programmes and undertaking surveys of all Trust sites,
The post holder will be responsible for developing project plans and programmes, developing and managing project teams and providing regular reports on progress and delivering the projects within cost, on time and to the required quality.
Main duties of the job
Developing a standard Trust proforma for O&M manuals.
Collating and reviewing existing operational maintenance information, ensuring that accurate information is included within with in asset management plans.
Maintaining an accurate asset register for all engineering and building components.
Developing a standard Trust drawing proforma.
Maintaining and update the Trusts CAD information.
Undertaking surveys to ensure that current drawings are accurate.
Undertaking surveys to log and tag assets throughout the estate.
Be responsible for collating data regarding the condition of the estate to support the development of the estates strategy.
Developing accommodation suitability appraisal templates to support space utilisation assessments - factoring in fire regulation requirements, H&S requirements, clinical considerations.
