Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: St Pancras Hospital, NW1 0PE
Hours/ Shift Pattern: 22.5 hours a week. Tues/Weds/Thurs 9-5 (flexibility to do Monday and Friday if needed)

About the Trust
Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) provides high quality, safe and innovative care to our patients in the community, in their homes or in hospital.
We provide services for adults of working age, adults with learning difficulties, and older people in the London area. We currently deliver most of our care to residents in the London Boroughs of Camden and Islington.However, we also providesubstance misuse services in Westminster,and a substance misuse and psychological therapies service to people living in Kingston.
Main duties of the job
Work autonomously, exercising judgement and initiative on behalf of the Executive Director(s) in providing the full range of Executive Assistant support.
Proactively manage the Executive Director(s) diaries, communications and workflow, initiating and taking action independently, bringing urgent matters to their attention, solving problems independently and using own initiative.
Lead on tasks and projects assigned by the Office Manager or Director(s), ensuring they are planned, managed and delivered effectively.
Manage the incoming hard copy and electronic mail and outgoing correspondence, ensuring appropriate distribution and follow up action is taken with Executive Directors and others as required.
Prepare agendas for formal, senior level meetings, take formal minutes, circulate actions from minutes as required and follow up on behalf of the appropriate Director to ensure actions are being taken as required.
