About the Trust

East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust provide services to the local community to around 500,000 people, with the regional cancer centre supporting around 2 million people. They provide care to the community with an annual budget of around £350 million and more than 5,000 staff.

Main duties of the job

Ensure accurate application of the Electronic Staff Record system, resulting in correct input of data e.g., CEAs opt outs, pay elements

Operate the medical and dental establishment control including vacancy management, rotation management and liaison with the Finance Department for ledger accuracy

Liaise with Medical Education in respect of the Junior Doctors

To have access to the Terms and Conditions and ensure that practices reflect the latest version applicable

Ensure that working data information linked with other HR teams relating to medical and dental staff is up to date and includes all new national and local changes as appropriate
