the quality of their work and the service they provide to patients.
Undertake physiotherapeutic assessments and treatment of patients
within the speciality who may have highly complex and acute / chronic
presentation, to determine clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatments
needed, and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
Plan, deliver and evaluate patients in partnership with MDT
colleagues and together lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of all
elements of the rehabilitation programme in a variety of settings.
Deputise for the Team Leader.
Educate and train physiotherapists, health care professionals,
physiotherapy students, carers, and assistants in physiotherapeutic management.
This includes contribution to CPD of the MDT.
Provide leadership to members of the physiotherapy team.

- Experience of delegation to qualified / unqualified staff
