About the Role
Health Now is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with CAMHS experience to join our Bank team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading shifts within a 3:1 care package supporting a CAMHS service user.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities

Lead shifts within a 3:1 staffing model

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care

Implement and follow Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans

Safely manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Ensure safeguarding and duty of care responsibilities are upheld
Essential Requirements

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration

Significant CAMHS experience
-
Experience supporting service users with ASD and trauma backgrounds
-
Restraint trained
-
Valid NMC registration
-
Enhanced DBS clearance
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Flexibility to work days and/or nights
