We're looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to deliver high-quality, remote care for patients with long-term conditions across the UK.
Working from home, you'll manage your own clinic, support treatment optimisation, and collaborate with Suveras innovative clinical team.

Main duties of the job
Clinical Responsibilities

Record and manage patient data in Suvera and GP systems

Interpret clinical risk and follow SOPs
-
Provide lifestyle advice on smoking, alcohol, diet, and exercise

Refer complex cases to appropriate clinicians

Collaborate with the wider clinical team

Review clinical letters and complete medicine reconciliation

Use clinical judgment to assess needs and provide safe, effective care (focus: NDH, hypertension, asthma, hypercholesterolaemia)

Gain informed consent for medication changes and counsel on adherence and side effects

Ensure appropriate tests are ordered and completed

Resolve medicine-related queries and ensure safe prescribing in line with NICE guidelines

Support medicine request processing, ensuring safety and formulary adherence
Non-Clinical / Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety

Onboard patients into Suveras Virtual Clinic

Document clinical notes accurately

Support QOF recall and follow-up

Collaborate with admin and ops teams
