Reasonable Adjustments Digital Flag Link Worker

Job summary

Tendring PCN has an exciting opportunity for a link worker to join our PCN on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2027.

The Reasonable Adjustments Digital Flag (RADF) Link Worker is responsible for ensuring that the General Practice identifies, records, verifies, updates, and shares Reasonable Adjustments for patients in accordance with the Reasonable Adjustments Digital Flag Information Standard mandated by NHS England. The RADF Link Worker plays a key role in supporting equitable access to healthcare for disabled people by ensuring reasonable adjustment needs are visible, accurate, and consistently shared across the NHS. The RADF is a national digital record on the NHS Spine that enables staff to view, record, and share necessary adjustments wherever a patient is treated.
