Job summary
Ardleigh Surgery are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and motivated practice manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy and patient-focused GP practice. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the practice while maintaining high standards of patient care, staff wellbeing, and regulatory compliance.

Main duties of the job
- Oversee daily operations of the GP practice, ensuring efficiency and excellent patient service
- Lead, manage, and support administrative, reception and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with NHS regulations, CQC standards, and data protection requirements
- Develop and implement practice policies and procedures
- Coordinate staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management
- Act as the main point of contact for patients, staff, and external stakeholders
- Support the delivery of high-quality clinical services through effective administration
